The fact that No Limit Fitness has no ties with a large chain, allows staff to concentrate efforts on one location. No Limit Fitness will primarily exist to provide healthy activity options for all income classes without compromising on the quality of service.
Our Hip Hop Cycle class is unique to the Grand Rapids and Kentwood area and will be the flagship for No Limit Fitness. No other fitness facility or gym is offering this fun way of exercising.

William Washington - Owner
William Washington is originally from Flint Michigan and graduated from Flint Northwestern high School. He is the oldest of 7 siblings and comes from very large and athletic family, which is where he developed his passion for being active and fit.
After high school, William attended Grand Valley State University (GVSU) and attained a bachelor’s degree in Public Administration and a Master’s degree in Education.
William was very active in recreational sports. He also worked for recreation health and wellness for more than four years, with some formal training in the areas of health and wellness
Since finishing school, William has worked at GVSU, Eastern Michigan University, University of Illinois at Chicago, and in Muskegon doing nonprofit work. Although his formal education and most recent work experience have not been in physical fitness, he has continued to learn about healthy lifestyles and wellness
William says that his life has gone by very quickly due to always working hard, moving around, and numerous family obligations. He felt that he was not taking care of himself as well as he knew he should have. Also, within the last several years, William dealt with the tragic passing of loved ones. With each death, the importance of being around for family and friends become more apparent, and with this in mind, he has rededicated his energy to living a healthier lifestyle.
Being a part of No limit fitness is William’s way of bringing those that he loves, care about, and members of his community with him on his journey to being healthier, both physically and mentally. Come and join him on this journey!
